It's different, need json file and setup all on functions, my tutorial it's just for have updated GeoLite2 ( every Friday u will have new one from maxmind ) they update it, but we do every day for don't have GeoLite2 0 kb

On LB GeoLite2 can be 0 kb , the important is on main, in this days I try to do it

i think this can be resolve the problem on my lb i have chmod 0444 and never problems with 0 kb you can try it
