may need to change the location of where the app is being stored perhaps?

Did you give the Device permission when you connected too it?

Debug from developer option must be checked and give permission when a popoup appear on Tv screen
then try to close and re-open developer options and try again
If not working try to change pointing on an internal storage instead of sdcard
