So i used to use Apk Editor pro for android all the time, but as i do all my main editing on my pc, i was looking around online and came across this..
So far it's done everything i need and i'm surprised its not been posted here before..

Anyway heres the link to it..

I could never get it to recompile so went back to the apk easy tool

all you had to do was go to File/Save APK and then close apk. that would save & recompile

ok, so i norm open up the program, goto settings, tick smalli. then open the apk.
once opened i'll then click open resource dir and look for the smalli dir, from there i open the smalli files using notepad++
