can share some guide ? try using some manual that install from snap.io but dont works

Ubuntu is Ubuntu, Debian is Debian. Most Pi OS’s are proper forks so what may be available in mainstream OS’s, may not be on Pi specific variations.
Also, a Pi is not suitable hardware for any streaming platform more than a lab. Then again, a VM would be just as good... or better yet, a 10$ VPS at your favorite hosting provider.
AGAIN, NONE OF THESE WOULD BE SUITABLE FOR MORE THAN A LAB. That means don’t expect much other than being familiar with the install process and how to navigate around within the WebUI.

To work on a pi you would have compiled it to run on ARM.
It's not possible until it is released for.

Installed flussonic 21 on rb4 for test on yesterday with help of @CheapFlussonic, works well..

Yes, our packages successfully works on ARM64.
