Website and servers been down (same time this forum went down) and cant get a response from them etc. anyone know anything?

We run our server on streaming servers, so the community was down at same time.
Unfortunately they get a complete IP Block lock from the ISP because some of theier clients had running copyright contend, This was the reason.
