ps : i have the same problem with donation the QR code is not reconized when i try to pay with bitcoin

Select your Ad Package from here: https://www.worldofiptv.com/ads-manager/packages/


Regrading the Donation, you have to select the crypto currenty firstly


Than you can select the QR Code Option. On my side it works fine, May you have some restrictions on your local browser.
Try it with an other Browser
