Adding portal to MAG 250

How to add/change a portal:

The easiest way is to start from the beginning.

1. turn off your box and then turn it back on.
2. when you get to the "Loading" image, press your "set/setup" button on your remote. This will bring you to the "inner portal".
3. press your "set/setup" button again. The go to "Servers".
4. change "portal URL 1" to the new portal by pressing the "KB" button and typing the address you were give
5. press the "KB" button again and press ok, then you will be returned to the previous screen.
6. goto "reload portal" and press ok when prompted.

That's is.

When your mag250 reboots it should load the portal. Any errors then check your spelling

On MAG250 when Loading come buton to press is MENU on Remote Control

In my case, i tried everything to get into the mentioned inner portal while rebooting the box but never get the infomir screen which is the one when in view suppose to press the button on RC quickly. My box only shows my server provider screen every time i reboot even unplugging the power cord. Do i missing something here or my solution is just a completed factory reset which i'm avoiding scare to make it worst.

Basically i'm not able to reboot the box using the software reset (command "Reboot device" in System Setting) neither for at least change the boot mode from NAND to DHCP which i believe is the one allow me to get into the infomir screen next time i do reboot and change/add portals. When i use the option software reset, nothing happens, stay all the time in that screen like not responding.
