You need to use USB key, and you need to reset the NAND and NAND2, but you have to make sure you reset it twice; otherwise the operator key will not reset

That should be not right from vendor as it would violate your rights as end user. It is your device you paid for it you should be able to do whatever the hec you want. So is not them directly but the patch in the device. You can definitely remove this by installing a new non-block firmware. That you can get here.. please go to devices section here in the forum and select mag. I believe os was Red Hat the one who posted the tutorial and shared the firmware. Thanks to Him.... So please find custom firmware to flash your device.. i have done and so far i recovered 16 devices. ( my iptv service is like a mini cable company here in town) i rent these devices to customer with fee included in monthly pay. So yes. I recommend you to flash your devices.

You can also try gt media ifire device is better than my tvip or even mag.. gt media won't block you. Devices are appealing to people too.
