Complain 24 HOURS WAITING: My account is not upgraded and I'm still waiting my credits

Seriously, I'm getting a little mad about this, I just paid 175 Euros and THERE'S NO RESPONSE, I DM the admin at the 1:02 AM UTC-6 after 12 hours I paid a VIP MEMBER 3M and 75 Euros of credits and the admin RedHat last post was made at 04:33 a.m. so he was connected.

Has passed almost 24 hours since I paid and I just feel ignored and scammed by this. It's not only the money that I paid 175 euros, second... it's the communication because I'd prefer to think that is a misunderstood and he's not just ignoring me, and third... it's about time, I can wait and understand if there's a issue but everything grouped: the money, feeling ignored and waiting a lot. It's making me upset.

At least respond, please,you just look at my images (payments proofs) and don't say anything at all. You pass by, start posting, and ignore my case. It might be a little money, it might be a lot, but you ignore me.

Please, update my account, I don't want the money, I want to study in the forum some resources so I need the VIP MEMBERSHIP for specific topics
