Managing a large fleet of Enigma2 devices one by one is a headache. Fortunately, the Mass Edit feature is designed to help you update settings, packages, and restrictions across multiple lines simultaneously.
Here is a breakdown of how to navigate the filters and edit fields effectively.
Before editing, you need to isolate the specific devices you want to change. Use the Filters section to narrow down your list:
The "Edit Fields" section allows you to push changes to every device in your filtered list.
Important: Most fields have a "Do Not Change" checkbox. Keep this checked if you want that specific setting to remain as it is for all devices. Uncheck it only when you are ready to apply a new value.
For Enigma2-specific performance, you can adjust the following:
Once you have configured your desired changes, scroll to the bottom and hit the Save button. The system will process the updates for all devices currently matching your filter criteria.

Here is a breakdown of how to navigate the filters and edit fields effectively.
Step 1: Filtering Your Devices
Before editing, you need to isolate the specific devices you want to change. Use the Filters section to narrow down your list:- Date Ranges: Filter by Created or Expiry dates to find old accounts or those nearing renewal.
- Status & Type: Choose to see only Enabled, Disabled, Expired, or Banned devices. You can also specifically include or hide Trial accounts.
- Search by Package: Type 3+ characters to find all devices currently assigned to a specific channel tier.
- Owner: Search for devices linked to specific resellers or admins.
Tip: Once you’ve set your parameters, click the Filter button to refresh the list. You can use the Pagination at the bottom to browse through the results.
Step 2: Mass Updating Fields

Important: Most fields have a "Do Not Change" checkbox. Keep this checked if you want that specific setting to remain as it is for all devices. Uncheck it only when you are ready to apply a new value.
| Category | What you can change |
| Account Info | Update Expiry Dates (including "Unlimited"), change the Line Owner, or assign a new Package. |
| Security | Mass-reset Passwords or Adult Content PINs. |
| Notes | Update Admin or Reseller notes for better internal tracking. |
| Status | Toggle "Is Enabled," "Is Banned," or "Can Watch Adult" for the entire group. |
Step 3: Technical & Advanced Settings
For Enigma2-specific performance, you can adjust the following:
- EPG & Timezone: You can toggle Apply Timezone in Legacy Mode.
- Note: It is generally recommended to keep this at No and set the timezone on the device itself using UTC for the best EPG accuracy.
- Timeshift: Define the "Send Full List Hours" to determine how far back users can rewind live TV.
- Bouquets: Be careful here! Selecting new bouquets will overwrite the existing configurations for all selected devices.
- Restrictions: You can mass-lock devices to specific Countries, IP Addresses, or Outputs.
