here are some of the things that i can think of (not knowing if you already have those) the order is random :
1. VOD part that all uses TMDB sync usually works only on 1 language, having the possibility to select TMDB language based on Watch Folder for example, or based on the category/bouquet set for them, not a general unique language...
2. Proxy/VPN transparent for end customers so each customer get tunneled secure connection.
3. Possibility for reseller not only to select/edit bouquets but also "order" them the way they want on per user basis, if they want certain countries to be top of the list (even re-order streams would be nice, as a lot of them are using 3rd part softwares to do those things, and most of those doesn't "smell really good"...
4. Option/Way to hide bouquets based on permissions or group member (for exemple having resellers that are allowed to only see bouquets that are included for their group or only bouquets that are included by their packages, not being able to see all bouquets), this way it is possible to have separated "levels of privacy"...
5. Sync stream names with source playlist based on ids ? (for ppv for example)
6. Add scheduled actions, as mostly there is basic "restart" but would be nice to be able to "start" groups of stream based on a schedule for example (also for ppv)
7. Having a more precise "log/monitoring" on streams, lets say the ability to know for example on for a precise stream, on a full week or a month, what was his uptime, when it was down, for how long and so... So you can have a more precise idea on problematic streams... (visually)
8. This one may be solved by the idea 4. but having a way to separate bouquets, streams that are for end users from those that are for exchanges/restream.
9. Having a some kind of white/black list on streams, so for example if you want to give someone access to a bouquet, but not allow him to see/open only 1 or few streams... (not having to recreate a full bouquet separated to deal with that and having to lose time resetting all bouquets properly in the DB...)
10. Possibility to send Global or Grouped messages, on all panel users not only on resellers but also for other admins if they exist. (being able to create and use some kind of "Team Tickets" not only for resellers to admins for example)
11. Maybe some kind of end user panel access where they can use their username/password of their lines to be able to manage their allowed bouquets/streams and order on their own as they like...

i mean there is a lot of ideas everything depends on what ideas you are after... (there is also more technical ones like having some kind of DB Clustering/scalling, Main server Sync or Clustering as well... and so on... 2FA security for end users or rather than having ip white list for those that got forced to a dynamic one by their ISP having some kind of use of free DDNS service so they could just have a DDNS set on their box or router and that will update their ip and that ip set on those ddns will be catched and set to whitelist for the line in the db... i don't know if i explain properly what i have in mind...)
anyway there is really a loooot of things that most panels doesn't have and can really make a difference... if you need more ideas i have a lot more, if you have you need ideas in a particular part as well just tell in which part you need some ideas i have a lot haha
