If you are new to the 1-Stream software, setting up your first user line might look intimidating with all the options available. This guide breaks down the process from the moment you log in to the final "Save" click.
When you first log in, you will land on the Dashboard. This is your command center. Before diving into the menus, take a second to review:
On the left-hand sidebar, locate the Subscriptions menu. Click it, then select Add Line.

The line will be created instantly! You can now view and manage it by going to the Manage Lines menu on your left-hand sidebar.
1. The Dashboard Overview

- Maintenance: See all lines about to expire, active streams, subscriptions, and providers.
2. Accessing the "Add Line" Menu
On the left-hand sidebar, locate the Subscriptions menu. Click it, then select Add Line.
3. Basic Credentials & Ownership
Once the "Add Line" page opens, start with the core identity of the account:- Username & Password: Enter your desired credentials.

- Owner: Select a user from your network who will be responsible for this line.
- Max Connections: Enter the maximum number of devices that can connect simultaneously.
4. Packages and Expiry
- Package: Choose a plan from your pre-defined list to assign content limits and pricing.
- Expiry Date: You can set a specific end date using the calendar, or simply mark the line as Unlimited for permanent access.
5. The Five Essential Switches
In the center of the panel, you will see five toggles. Use these to define the account type:- Enabled: Activates the line immediately.
- Banned: Keeps the line locked/inactive.
- Trial Account: Flags this as a temporary test.
- Restreamer: Enable this if the user is pulling data for another server.
- Is Adult: Flags the line for adult content access.
6. Advanced Restrictions (Right-Hand Side)
For better security and control, configure these optional settings:- Allowed Countries: Restrict access to specific regions (leave blank for worldwide).
- Allowed IP Addresses: Lock the line to a specific home IP.
- Allowed User-Agents: Specify which apps (like VLC, Smarters, etc.) can connect.
- Allowed Outputs: Choose between HLS (m3u8) or MPEG-TS (.ts).
- Allowed Domains & Lock to List: Use these to restrict the line to specific web players or lock settings.
7. Bouquets, Notes, and Notifications
- Notes: There are two fields—one for Admins and one for Resellers—to keep track of internal details or customer info.
- Bouquets Menu: Scroll down to select the specific channel groups and VOD content you want to include in this line.
- Notifications: Add users who should be alerted if any changes are made to this line in the future.
8. Finalizing
When you are satisfied with the configuration, click Save.The line will be created instantly! You can now view and manage it by going to the Manage Lines menu on your left-hand sidebar.
Pro Tip: If you're setting up a quick test for a customer, always use the Trial Account switch so you can easily track and clean up expired tests later.
