An update-resolv-conf is already included in the plugin, so the DNS servers of the VPN provider are also used.

Creating the configs here you can choose between 2 variants:
Version 1:
- for this you create a folder / media / hdd / OpenVPN you can freely choose this folder name.
- for each config you want to use you create another folder / media / hdd / OpenVPN / Amsterdam Amsterdam can be replaced by anything.
The files that you get from your VPN provider are then placed in this folder.
Variant 2:
- For this you put all configs and all other files that you get from your provider in a folder.
You do not have to rename or adapt this if it is a xxxx.conf or xxxx.ovpn.

What else has to be considered:
- Deactivate ipv6
- OpenVPN must be stopped before the plugin is started for the first time

Access data:

Version 1:
You enter your access data in the VPN manager

Variant 2:
You create a text file in / media / hdd or / media / usb, this must be openvpnauth.
This openvpnauth file should only consist of 2 lines, these are

vpnusername
vpnpassword

If you now open the settings, these access data will also be used.

Variation 3:
From now on you can also add a pass.file to the configs, then the access data stored here will be used.
So you can use several providers at the same time without having to constantly change the password.
To do this, create a file with the name pass.file, the content of the file consists of 2 lines, like the openvpnauth.

- Optionally, you can also set certain DNS servers if there is a VPN connection.
But only for users who know what they are doing

WireGuard DM TWO and ONE:
In order to be able to use WireGuard, VPN Manager> = 1.1.7 must be installed.
Furthermore, further packages have to be installed, depending on the box you have to unzip the WireGuardONE or WireGuardTWO zip.
After unzipping, you move the WireGuard folder into the / tmp directory of your box.
You start the installation via the terminal with python /tmp/WireGuard/WireGuard.py
If everything has been installed correctly, WireGuard has been successfully installed! appear.
Once that's done, please restart the box, from then on you can use WireGuard.
To do this, you have to activate WireGuard in the settings, with connection type you then have the option to choose between OpenVPN and WireGuard.
This entry is only available if WireGuard is installed.
The settings are also adapted, here you can specify where your configs are.

- Here - you can also find the WireGuard packages thx @pclin

This plugin is intended for those who do not use the VPN provider NordVPN, Perfect Privacy or PureVPN, there are far better plugins here.
