This is my current collection of PHP iptv panels. Not in English, however use your browser's translator. All will be right as rain. I have no problem on my end with translating it. Just simple panels 1.7 GB full of panels to use at your liking. Majority are all decoded, php scripted, ready to upload to your server.

Language some English, others Portuguese. I do not feel like translating every file, therefore I use the translator plugins for my browsers. Works just the same.

Many other scripts do not work with IPTV smarters. However, maybe can frankinstien the codes to make it all work, to be flawless.

Fixes if errors (this is for XTREAM SERVE panels):
if you cannot access the panel after upload go to the root folder where you uploaded the panel, edit the panel .htaccess file and remove the following .
