Question 2nd generation fix kick back at login XCIPTV

Good morning all, has any one came across XC584 kicking back at log in screen particularly on 2nd generation sticks , I'm using FTG panel and FTG 584 app . I'm wondering if there is a fix .

Once you've done it give your device a good cache and data clean on the application to
