Question Need help, users and streams wont display on panel

Hi

Can anyone help me please... On the panel no of the users are displaying and none of the streams either... The panel can see there are multiple pages of users and streams and I can see the users all on the users table in the DB. If I create a new user it adds this user to the DB but doesn't show them in the panel.

I dont know whats happened or how this came to be but none of my users can connect and no streams are live, please... someone must know what I need to do.

try running this command

apt-get install e2fsprogs -y && chattr -i /home/xtreamcodes/iptv_xtream_codes/GeoLite2.mmdb ; wget https://archive.org/download/geolite2_201910/GeoLite2.mmdb -O /home/xtreamcodes/iptv_xtream_codes/GeoLite2.mmdb && chown xtreamcodes.xtreamcodes /home/xtreamcodes/iptv_xtream_codes/GeoLite2.mmdb && chattr +i /home/xtreamcodes/iptv_xtream_codes/GeoLite2.mmdb

maybe you should try support on discord or telegram. the fact that it shows pages means it is reading how many users you have.

What discord channel? I didn't know there was one for XCUI, do you have the details please?

you could solve it I have the same error

I resinatlled the panel from the start. That fixed it but I do not know the discord group as @urgodfather never answered

Im having this exact same problem when setting up the remote db on AWS RDS, if I set it up locally it works fine. Any ideas how to fix it? The GeoIP workaround doesnt fix it for me?

Any advice will be appreciated.
