Question recaptcha error ui

i have a problem with my recaptcha

how can i remove it and then i will add new
at the moment i cant login admin panel
using ui

login on db and remove on settings recaptcha

reload and puff no recaptcha need

i am already log in to phpadmin but i dont know where to find this file

When I run the commands I get

You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'comme 'recaptcha%'​

Can anyone provide guidance ?
