how to make a download file here

hi there, i want to share here my magbox user manual for clients
its a pdf booklet and handy for end users if they are new to magboxes.
but not sure how to make it to a download here?
i made a thread but cant see the way to upload it here.
or do i have to make a download link?
i have it for example on syn.com
i can make a download link from there?
whats the right way to do it?
