Question Folderwatch marks movies as No Category

Hi - I've set up folderwatch and it seems to see all of the media files, but marks them as No Category and does not import them. The TMDB is updated and categories are set along with the fallback categories. Not sure why it isn't bringing them in. Anyone have any ideas?

I HAVE SAME PROBLEM WITH SERIES

I was able to at least bring in some more (still not all though) by moving the media to a new folder and deleting the old folderwatch and creating a new one. Still no rhyme or reason as to why it doesn't grab everything though.

Yeah same prob with series but with movies work good! Any solution?

Not that I've found other than maybe moving them to a new folder and trying
