That's my point, a server provider can suspend your servers if they receive abuse complaints, but the EPL blocks are being performed by the ISP's rather than the server providers. So say your servers are with OVH and friend mts determine that you're using them for showing EPL games, they can contact the UK ISP's with your server details so that the ISP's can block access to your servers at match times and they can also contact OVH and say these servers are being used in a way which breaches copyright etc.

OVH may then suspend your server or ask you to fix it, but the actual client being blocked from accessing them is happening from the clients ISP.

If a MAG box user is unable to connect to a service because it is blocked by their ISP and their MAG box is unable to connect to a VPN then it really becomes a device issue for the user. They could purchase a VPN router for their home or upgrade to something like an Nvidia Shield / Android Box or even just use a cheap Firestick where they will be able to use a VPN.

Also I'd strongly recommend you make sure that you keep backups of the Main Server DB saved locally. If your server provider shuts down your Main and LB servers that would be a huge pain (especially if you have TB's of content on your VOD server which you will need to obtain again), but at least if you kept backups of your Main Server DB if you did need to start again with a new server provider you would still be able to access key customer information etc.

Back in the day IPTV required a decent amount of knowledge.
Now anyone with zero knowledge can paste a line and have some sort of panel up and running.

I know - the industry is filled with muppets that dont have a clue.

You would be amazed at some of the big players in this world who dont have a bloody clue and run it all from a smart phone and beg and plead with others to do the tech stuff.

It's actually really annoying and I cannot stand people like that.

If you are going to get into something, learn how to do it with blood sweat and tears - I did and it paid off well as I have a very deep understanding of most aspects on the technology now. Granted ther are still bits I dont understand but I go and learn.

The learning and pushing yourself to learn something challenging is the best part of it to be honest, certainly the most rewarding.

This was my main driver for creating an IPTV Service as I wanted to give myself something new to learn that I could throw myself into while in lockdown.

I also wanted to create a service which I would want to use myself, these were all reasons ahead of wanting to sell an IPTV service.

In fact running a service costs me money every month, but I don't mind that as making money was never my driver.

A lot of people just want to make money from this it seems and they don't care about understanding how it all works, but if you really want to create or sell a great service then you really need to learn how it works. I anticipate I will still be learning elements of this industry for many years to come, but that's the best thing about it. Personally, I think it would become boring pretty quickly if it wasn't so challenging.

They block when ever a EPL match is shown. (Also UCL gets blocked or "meant" rto.

i didn’t do, just seems to happen on a Saturday, unless server has been blocked when it will get blocked whenever epl is shown until the day they say in the email.

just 1 of my vod servers got blocked but ill take that, ive yet a lot to learn myself guys and its as the mods say "what might work to day dont mean it will work tomorrow" its just reasearch reasearch, oh and more reasearch for me here, then alot of frustrating trial and error, please can i ask for random member STOP asking me what i did as stil learning myself, im only winging it atm and still testing a few methods out
