i just used the search feature on the board ,
then did ALOT of reading , ALOT of trial and error
its no easy task, and im still learning

Go to Manage Streams and edit a stream. Go to the servers tab and remove the LB from the 'On Demand' box.

If you don't want streams to be on demand just make sure your server tree has your lb with streams stepped into it and that the 'On Demand' field underneath the server tree is empty.
