Latency Problem between servers Xtream UI

Hi friends, how are you?

I have a latency problem on my Xtream Ui Panel, all my LB servers i have 10000 ms of latency
Perharps, someone could have passed the same situation like me and tell me how to fix it.
My main and LB servers, are dedicated servers with 2gb and 10gb of bandwith and also 124gb ram.

What value do you mean? The latency is the value that i am trying to decrease. Now in some servers i have 15000 or 39000ms of latency

It was a problem from my server provider. Seems that in France there is an outage of bandwidth
