ubuntu 18 remove raid array on existing system running xtreame ui

i have a hetzner server with 2x4tb hard drive second hard drive is set as raid so cant use the second hard drive can some one guide me how to remove raid so ican use second hard drive space on xtreame ui and mount the harddrive to use with /root directory without loosing data on main hard drive
guide or teamviewer help would be appreciated

Sometimes the easier solution is to reinstall the OS. Also, do not use Hetzner.
thanks for your advice any particular reason for not using hetzner pls
