i have file m3u not m3u8 and i need to put this file in my xtream panel , i need to make restream again but i need programe as stream4me to restream and give local file m3u8

Download the m3u file.
Within the m3u file will be seperate links for you to use

If you have an .m3u file that'll be your playlist. Open the .m3u with notepad++ and you'll see all the streams and there url's.
