Stream delay

Hi,
i have a delay about 4-5 seconds when i open a stream
My streams are not on demand.
How can i solve this problem?
i am using ui

No!
Everything seems to be alright! Today i have another problem, all streams are up on panel but nothing works in vlc, smarters or stb!!
If you know something please help me...

yes i fixed streams
but it still takes 5-6 sec to start streams and i do not have them on demand
