I have created this ufc script myself for use with xtream ui its works perfect , the code is based on the wwe script on this forum i altered the code to work on the ufc fight pass site.

sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade
apt install apache2 php php-curl curl libapache2-mod-php -y
a2enmod rewrite
systemctl restart apache2
copy files into /var/www/html (can be where ever, but chown the correct directory)
chown -R www-data:www-data /var/www/html/ufc (or whatever you named the folder)
update ufc.php with email/password on line 20
now in xtream ui or what ever panel you use put http://localhost/ufc/ufc.php?id=1080p

I have it working just fine on the same server as my main Panel Server

no need for that, if you going to run it on same panel server, as the panel server provides curl already. If you do what you just posted, you will break your panel for sure.

curl will not work

If you use my example you will have no issues, and if you changed your panel port number from 25461 to port 8080 or something, you would use that in the stream URL on your panel.
