Most of mine work however 2 don't so this fixed the problem.

That's not a fix. Sounds like your problem was your crons and by re-adding it you fixed it.

Nah, but you could make it either A) focused on what the issue was and how to fix it or B) how to make it update more frequent.

The problem that many people are having to change the CRON (xtreamcodes) is the following:
When changing any parameter in cron, it returns to the original ...
You need to make a change directly to another file ...
Another easier solution that works, too, is to block further changes ...
For example. the EPG by default is always run once / day at 1 AM.

0 1 * * * /home/xtreamcodes/iptv_xtream_codes/php/bin/php /home/xtreamcodes/iptv_xtream_codes/crons/epg.php # Xtream-Codes IPTV Panel

To change the EPG to CRON, eg at 6 AM, do the following:

crontab -e -u xtreamcodes
Change:
0 6 * * * /home/xtreamcodes/iptv_xtream_codes/php/ bin/php/home/xtreamcodes/iptv_xtream_codes/crons/epg.php # Xtream-Codes IPTV Panel

Save!

In terminal:

chattr + i /var/spool/cron/crontabs/xtreamcodes

The cron will be locked for changes and your change will be kept ...
If you need to edit again, just unlock and lock it again:
chattr -i /var/spool/cron/crontabs/xtreamcodes
