I'm not sure how to do it because I havent used mega and they are in my phone

What file explorer do you use? If you select your files then compress (es file explorer) or you could use 7zip from playstore if its an android phone.

Go to https://mega.nz/
Create an account. Then upload your zip file. Generate a link from the file menu in mega and share the link here. Give me a shout if you get stuck
