I already did it. but the app name in the settings menu is not changed

thanks i uploaded to playstore i dont need to have thousand of modifications, just my logo and packange name to be accepted on google plastore and epg works. Hope will not be any prob like your license expired or something like that, otherwise is amazing, better than smarters iptv, saying manytimes playback error, that app sucks. If you could have any donation button i wont hesitate to donate bro . Thanks

tested the multiscreen and work

So change package name, app name, version, theme, support info and hide buttons and works fine. As soon as add backround image and custom buttons will not play on a gen 2 firestick? Found this out with a complaint and yested step by step till last step of design did me in lol. Also doesnt show app icon on fire cube

use apk easy tool on pc to decomplie the apk and go to folder /res/drawable, change your logo and icon as you like then recompile

Well thats what i use. I found also where icon is located, which is not on res/drawable. But when i change icon of app doesnt look how it is. Logo on app is fine also in splashscreen. But im facing prob with icon. It anyone can help me out pls

If you had xciptv on a firestick before it will remember the last icon that was there and not show the new one unless you try on a new firestick it will show. Or factory reset. If you re trying on emulator sometimes you have to restart pc to show what you have changed

I have published to playstore. Everyone who install, its showing not original icon or even mine, but another one like android icon idk. Whats the best tool to change icon. I have always used apk editor with other apps worked fine changing icon. This seems hard hehe

for the app icon you must change all icons on /res/mipmap folders

I was getting an error when trying to recompile...


Fixed it by removing the space in line 16 of the AndroidManifest.xml file
<uses-permission android:name="com.google.android.assistant.READ_HOTWORD_STATE"/>

Also, to change the app name:

Upload this app to play store is disrespect for developers and fast step forward for new security features in the next update,,if u like the app used for your service and keep it away from play store,apkpure and etc... Respect the main owner of the app

Really great work. Ich have one problem when it want to sign came this Sign failed. And in the logfile: Unsupported command: -w. See --help for supported commands
