Mag box error at main screen

Hi guys, my mag box is stuck at main logo screen and will not pass it.. So annoying and thanks in advance

Was it updating firmware , you only get that if it didnt complete you'll have to google the model and find firmware and a guide how to do the update via usb

Hi Makeitso, I tried to update with USB but it won't let me on the remote it's like it's stuck

Try this one:
Factory Resetting Your MAG Box
Firstly, disconnect the MAG box from the power source or remove the power adapter from the rear. Then plug them back in to restart the MAG box. Now immediately press and hold the “Menu” button on your MAG remote control. Do not release the button. And then try to install new firmware.

Unplug and leave it like 5min and then try again. Second way is just leave it to "run" at logo screen. Sounds that its dying. How old that box is, and which version?eg.MAG254?

The box is about 4 years old!! its the mag 254.. I'll get rid of it so

Yup. Sounds that its dying. I had also same box and smililar problems before it died complete. I suggest to buy new one or Formuler box...FergusonBox is also very very good.
