Stream not work

hello people if you can help a little
i have installed xtream ui panel on vps and two dedicated server.
I test the link on the VLC player and it works on other devices and check the link is ok and it works but when I insert it into the panel it doesn't work DOWN
And all the other 400 DOWN connections
If anyone had this problem or if anyone knows I would be very grateful
