setting custom ios / android app for rtmp streaming and video cms to add data

Hi guys,
Trying to create a solution for a hospital
Was wondering is there an open source app for android and ios which can send a feed to custom Rtmp server where overlays and details can be added on the fly and then sent to another Rtmp server for viewing (RTMP/RTPS) both suggestion are welcome.

there are few apps on the google play store that will allow you to stream to your own rtmp server from your phones camera if thats what you mean a simple search on google play brings up like 5-6 apps so i am not sure if you even looked ?

for iso i dont have any idea as a developer i stay as far away from ios devices as i can bloody headace of devices costing you to post on there store limiting what you can actually do with your app as a small developer never mind the device restrictions if you dont decide to join there store
