I need help, streams don't start and the client list is empty

Hello everybody,
Really need help with the Xtream-UI panel

Situation:

Installation OK
Official R21 version

I created the whole process, bouquets, categories, drag server to stream source, import m3u. Everything works correctly.
in the stream manager, I see all imported channels, online time, quality, audio, FPS etc ...
on the dashboard I see network traffic normally.

Firewall disabled for testing.

Problem:

1 - I try to play on the channel through the panel, it doesn't show anything, it's just loading.
2 - when I download the user's (client's) m3u list it is empty (only with this header # EXTM3U)
3 - I am using free live streams just to better understand the operation in general, I tried several channels and was not successful in any.

Could someone give me a help / light where I may be missing?

I have been working with Linux server administration for decades. so they can be direct to any questions.

please help me, i don't know what to do anymore.
