Well..turn caps off firstly. And Did you search any help via google, this community tutorials & helps? Well, i think not. But i am a nice guy and give you and example how to make xtreamcode for movies listing as (VOD):

I will give you some basic information to get you started. First it is best to build up your likes , that way you will be able to download more items, then, If you google how to create your own m3u playlist you can add your own vod links, if you go into the free streams and vod section on the forum, there are vod m3u files you can download, open them with notepad++ and select the ones you would like to use, You will need to check them either with a stream checker or VLC to make sure there working otherwise you'll be wasting your time. As the other members have suggested look through the forum and read about the relevant subjects, its always better to learn yourself.
