Transcoding Problem

my server include 8 pcs TBS6909 in Ubuntu 18.4 i install xtream ui latest version but have problem only 7 channel transcode other channel no transcode

help please why this error

TBS card has nothing to do with transcoding or XtreamUI

try to explain your issue in better way
