i know about fox codec
i know about xc ui can create channels
i know about Obs can do it...

I need a cheap solutions also.
My video files are ready to be streamed and i need to create 20-30 channels.....

You can use
IP Video Transcoding Live V5.11.3.3 Windows 64 channels -- stable one
for your requirement
It is working perfect with me for 25 udp out channels

You don't need a blackmagic card ... Most playout software have NDI capability.
