Supa STB combo navigation (up &Down) not working in Live TV

Please can someone help me here.
For some weird reason the navigation (up and down) for live TV on Nvidia shield is not working.
Anyone has a fix.
Ps: I have tried everything I can in res/drawable

Yeah pointer remote is needed. Click on the menu then you can go up and down.

Multi view navigation works just fine. I wonder why live TV is different. This is bad coding I guess

Well no, he found the fault but obviously he wants me to buy his app and manager, Tried to pretend I was already with him and asked him what the fix was
