Smart IPTV Server Problems?

I use for my Costumers 3 different IPTV Providers, ans yesterday some costumers wrote me, the channels are not aviable. I thoug Server Problems from the Provider, but i see 3 different Providers. I Think the Server from the Smart IPTV App have big Problems.

It takes me many time to put the url again for my costumers.

Someone the same Problems?

This App make me angry, you pay for it, and you cant stay without costumer calls because they are ask to put the url -.-
