Looking Credit Subscription Panel

i have already running Ministra and a Credit Subscription for Resellers.
the administrator can assign certain number of "Credit Subscription" to their Resellers, where 1 Credit = 1 Month Subscription. After the Reseller uses all Credit subscriptions,.
but i need a new one, some one that know where i can find or can sell it one to me

thanks for your replay,.
i have xtream Ui but i only use it for the streams,. and for the user i use Ministra on separate server,.
i need only the panel that you create the user and reseller, the dealer create the user using credit and that panel send the info to ministra panel.
i dont like to use all the info or data in 1 panel
