Request Sudoers help

Does anyone know how to fix this I literally can't do anythig on my server

There is only one command to start as root.

I've fixed it now, I found the daily sql back up so just extracted it from the server. Did a fresh install of ubuntu, reinstalled xtreamUI and uploaded the backup
