LTQ not showing shows

Can someone help me out here . No matter what version of ltq I download, it's not showing some shows episode. It's just blank. I'm thinking it has something to do with the formate of the video. Is there a way to make it read all formates.

I'm only a reseller , some shows show all the episodes and some don't.

My Providers shows is the same, however on another line: works fine.

Your right it's the format

Check with your suppliers the app is not the issue.
Use another app and check for season 0 on the shows if it's there that's your issue the supplier will need to remove it.

Other apps show the seasons , LTQ does not show. Again it's not all the shows , only some shows.

No it does not show anything at all. Not season zero

Not in ltq in another app? If not showing in any apps why do you think q will be any different , obvious supplier issue

It's showing in smarters and xciptv but not in Ltq
