I have problem with some peers , their streams are down to me but working fine on vlc and all ip tables are clear nothing blocked to me and to him...

Same problem on my side...
Look like that Hetzner Blocked port 25461 or blocked this port traffic only from online.net ip addresses.
I have both provider servers. after change port of online.net server stream connected but with 25461 it's not.
please stop using default ports to avoid future blocking on other providers too
