Xtream UI mag dvice problem. your stb is blocked

hello i am having a problem with some mag boxes. they are saying your stb is blocked! but the account is active

In Xtream UI go to
settings>mag>and check Allowed STB Types, if your magbox model not added in list just add there n save

yes i know that but it is not working

Actually this not work even when database is changed and some of missing mag devices added.
Also some fake mag boxes as IPTV set top box TH100,
with work in ministra with small modification of accessible devices, cannot be added in xtream-ui.
