without decklink card also u can see the video in preview window

Blackmagic card required for dual display video output and if you not have blackmagic card no problem. You can use for streaming UDP for quam digital headend and rtmp for webtv Facebook YouTube.

It turns out the version uploaded here is not working, since no one managed to launch it. WINDOWS 10 can blame. At least on 10th it definitely doesn't work
