that surely would require api access which no one can get to as panel aint accessible alspo no good being able to extend lines for a panel hosted on seized servers.

The crypted * php code of xc are located on the OWN webserver of the provider so if he have access to the server he can setup the bot backend simply ...

thats true. if no one have access to the server you are right. but currently there are (only) two requirements for the usage of the bot

- access to the xtream codes database
- lines still working
