Audio Sync issue

I'm having issues with audio going out of sync on channels or going slow mo, reboot fixed the issues

Anyone know how i can resolve this?

Doesnt matter which device, testing on VLC and Mag box

is the issue happen on transcoded stream? from v1?

No transcode, all standard settings - they are not on demand

Yeah mate I've had no issues since rebooted main server and all loadbalance servers and then re started services in sequence of how I added them it's running sweet now after adding transcoding profiles to the server and using them in streams aswell
