Any basic panel for ubuntu 16

I would like to have a basic panel for ubuntu 16 or above, based on ffmpeg. It doesnt need to have too many feature, just for restreaming but i want a web editable interface. i have already tried iptvunion but it is not secure and lack some key features (user agent editing).

Have you tried xtream ui

i am already using it, but that is a bit heavy, i need to fetch channels from some ip restricted services, which allows only few channels per ip. So i have to deploy one vps for each 3 channel. I have flussonic cracked, but for some reason it is not working with the specific set of streams, getting 403 error.
