The panel was under development, but for some personal reasons I decided not to finalize!

j already have a fix for on demand but it's make channels start slowly after 20s-40s and sometimes the client user need to change to another channel and back to current channel to find it working.

you can maybe fix that by lowering analyse duration and probesize.

i already check it
best value for probesize on demand = 128000
the issue if i change it, it's aply to all others streams
it's always start slow, i'm sure the client will not wait 30s or will need to back to check it again after 30s

Lower panel buffer time to 10 sec (minimal) an probe size to 2 seconds. It should open faster but still generally when you start a stream in V1 people cannot connect for the first 10 seconds minimal. I was able to lower it to 5 or so but made the streams kinda unstable.

Yes that was the issue, the users will not understand the channel is under option on demand because it's was already open fast with v2
if there is a possibility to show a video file on it " waiting loading channel.... "then change it to the channel after it's start

A big question you say it's open for modifications where do you see open code ?
i don't see any open code only ioncubed and zended files .... please stop making scams here ...
