XC v1, balance adding error

Hello. I have XC 1.06 installed. After a few corrections it works quite well. However, I came across a problem that I can't solve.
I have already added some balance and bought a new server for movies. I installed ubuntu 14.04 Lte through KVM. However,
if I want to add it in the panel, I immediately have the message:
Your Server "new server" is DOWN!
I have reinstalled the server a few times, changed the ubuntu version. In no case is balance added. There is a message that server is down, and its status is preparing in the server menu.
In the server console, after the top command, only the "copy and apt-get" processes can be seen. So I installed balance panel v1 on this and surprisingly there was no problem. V1 installed quickly and easily.
Does anyone know what could be the reason for problems adding a new balance server? Please help

Try to setup the same xtream codes version in the LB Server with Port 8000 Then Add it to your Main Server as LB and wait

It helped, thank you. For others with this problem: I gave the same license code as the main server, and the same password for the database

make sure you use same admin & sql root password for new lb installation. once istallation is done on lb server add it to main as normal and wait for about 20mint.
