you need a dedicated server on Ubuntu 14.04 for main and for balancers unlimited balancer
copy all this info and paste it on putty it takes more than 10 minutes follow all steps. download the lasted version of iptv smarters pro and test it ,it works with no issues

Little heads up, this is also the Albanian version, the panel works and starts streams but im not able to play them in vlc the channel list shows up but streams dont play.
